How much will I get?
How much compensation you get depends on many factors including the extent of your injuries or illness. It is impossible for anyone to say straightaway how much compensation you can get without a proper assessment first. To help with the assessment, our solicitors will instruct a specialist doctor to prepare a medical report for you which will then be used to evaluate the level of compensation award you can expect to receive. The total amount of compensation differs significantly between individuals. A typical award for a minor head injury can range from £1,250 to £7,000. However, in cases of serious head injury, the amount of compensation can be hundreds of thousands of pounds.
